My Balloon

Here I have a big balloon
Watch me while I blow.
Small at first, then bigger,
Watch it grow and grow.
(expand arms)
Do you think it's big enough?
Maybe I should stop.
For if I blow much longer,
My balloon will surely pop!
(big clap)

Balloons

This is the way we blow our balloon.
Blow! Blow! Blow!                               
(place hands on cheeks & slowly puff out)

This is the way we break our balloon.
Oh, oh no!                                       
 (“Pop” cheeks to blow out air.)

My Big Balloon

I can make a big balloon
(hold out hands to make wide circle)

Watch me while I Blow
(point to self)

Small at first, then bigger,
Watch it grow and grow and grow.
(expand hands making smaller than bigger and bigger circle)

Do you think you think it is big enough?
Maybe I should stop.
For if I blow much longer,
My Balloon will surely pop!
(clap hands)

Little Balloon

I had a little balloon
(make circle with hands)

That I hugged tight to me
(hug self tight)

There was a great big BANG!
(clap hands loudly)

No more balloon you see

But if I had this many more
(hold up five fingers)

I wouldn't hold them tight
(shake head no)

I'd just hold the strings
(grasp strings)

And fly them like a kite
