Little Brown Seed

I'm a little brown seed
(crouch into a ball)
Rolled up in a tiny ball

The rain and the sunshine
(rise)
will make me big and tall
(stretch out)

Tiny Seeds

Tiny seed planted just right
(tuck into a ball)

Not a breath of air, nor a ray of light

Rain falls slowly to and fro

And now the seed begins to grow
(start to unfold slowly)

Slowly reaching for the light

With all its energy, with all its might

The little seed's work is almost done

To grow up tall and face the sun
(stand up with arms stretched out)

The Baby Grows

(point to each body part as rhyme indicates)

Five little fingers on this hand
Five little fingers on that
A dear little nose
A mouth like a rose
Two little cheeks so fat
Two eyes, two ears
And ten little toes
We'll watch the baby every day
To see how fast he grows!

Five Little Flowers Standing in the sun

See their heads nodding, Bowing one by one

Down, down, down Comes the gentle rain
