Strawberry

Picked a strawberry,

Picked a strawberry,

That was growing,

In the sun,

Then I washed it,

And I ate it,

And I picked another one.

Strawberries!

I like strawberries, ripe and red

Strawberry jam on top of bread,

Sliced on ice cream, or made into jelly.

Strawberries, strawberries in my belly!

Piled on a bowl or on a plate,

Strawberries, strawberries, taste just great!
