Reach for the Stars

Bend and stretch, reach for the stars
There goes Jupiter, here comes Mars.
Bend and stretch, reach for the sky.
Stand on tippy toes, oh-so-high!

Up, Up, Up

Here we go up, up, up!
(reach up)

Here we go forward and backward, forward and backward,
(swing arms)

And here we go 'round and 'round and 'round.
(rotate arms, one around the other)

Bend and Stretch

(perform actions indicated by rhyme)

Bend and stretch, reach for the stars

There goes Jupiter, here comes Mars

Bend and stretch and reach for the sky

Stand on tip-e-toe, oh! so high!

Hands on Shoulders

Hands on Shoulders
(follow the action in the rhyme)

Hands on shoulders, hands on knees,

Hands behind you, if you please

Touch your shoulders, now your nose

Now your hair and now your toes

Hands up high in the air,

Down at your sides and touch your hair

Hands up high as before,

Now clap your hands, one, two, three, four.
