Here's a little mousie,

Peeking through a hole,
(Poke index finger of one hand through fist of the other hand)

Peek to the left,
(Wiggle finger to the left)

Peek to the right,
(Wiggle finger to the right)

Pull your head back in,
(Pull finger into fist)

There's a cat in sight!

Run mice run!

Two little mice went out to play,
(hold up two fingers)

One saw an owl and it gave him fright
(look scared)

He said, it's not safe to play at night.
(shake head)

Run away! Run away! Run away!
(hand behind back)

(tickle belly button, under arm, or under ear)

Mouse in a Hole

A mouse lived in a little hole,
(hold up fist with thumb tucked inside)

Lived softly in a little hole,
When all was quiet, quiet as can be...

Out popped he!
(pop thumb out of fist)

Here is a House

Here is a house built up high
(stretch arms up and touch fingers like a roof)

With two tall chimmeys reaching the sky
(strech arms up separately)

Here are the windows
(make square shape with your hands)

Here is the door
(knock)

If we peep inside
We see a mouse on the floor
(move fingers like a running mouse)

Baby Mice

Where are the baby mice?

They go , Squeak, Squeak, Squeak
(hide fist behind your back)

I Cannot see them peek, peek, peek
(bring fist out in front of you)

Here they come out of their hole,

1,2,3,4,5 and that is all.

(open fist slowly, count off fingers)

Three blind mice,

See how they run!

They all ran after the farmer's wife,

Who cut off their tails with a carving knife,

Did you ever see such a sight in your life,

As three blind mice?

Quiet Mouse

Once there lived a quiet mouse
(hold out fist with index finger extended)

In a quiet little house.
(insert index finger into other fist)

When all was quiet as can be

Out Popped He!!
(throw arms and hands apart)

Little Mouse

Quickly, quickly, very quickly
(circle palm quickly)

Runs the little mouse

Quickly, quickly, very quickly

Round about the house

Hickory Dickory Dock

Hickory-Dickory dock (Run fingers up arm)

The Mouse ran up the clock (to the top of the head 

The clock struck one (tap head once)

And down he run (run fingers down other arm)
