This Little Doggie

(Hold up your hand, and Count off on your fingers)

This little doggie ran away to play.
(take one finger away)

This little doggie said, "I'll play all day."
(take next finger away.)

This little doggie began to dig and dig.
(pretend to dig with next finger, then take it away.)

This little doggie danced a funny jig.
(pretend to dance with next finger, then take it away.)

This little doggie cried, "Woof, woof, woof! I wish I were big."
(take last finger away.)

Call the Puppy

Call the puppy,
(beckon with finger)

And give him some milk,
(pour milk in bowl)

Brush his coat
(pretend to brush)

Till it shines like silk,

Call the puppy,
(beckon with finger)

And give him a bone,

Take him for a walk,
(pretend to hold leash)

and then bring him home.

Here is my puppy

I love him this much

I always give him a bone

Two Puppies

Two little puppy dogs

Lying fast asleep,

Soft and wooly,
All in a heap,

Along came a little kitten

Creeping near, "Meow",
She cried right in their ear,
(cover ears)

Five little puppies were playing in the sun,

This one saw a rabbit and he began to run,

This one saw a butterfly and he began to race,

This one tried to catch his tail and

he went round and round,

This one was so quiet he never made a sound.

Digging in the Dirt

Ten little doggies went out one day

To dig in the dirt and play, play, play.

Five were spotted, and five were not,
